Who we are
Instruction Intelligence was started to address a problem we saw in the continuing education market. Maybe you’ve noticed it, too.
Continuing education events mean 95% socialization, 4% finding the room your seminar is inĀ and 1% actual learning. And that 1% is forgotten before you get back home.
That’s not worth your time or your money.
Holly Whitaker, Ph.D. has been in education and educational technology for 20+ years. Her Ph.D. research focused on changes experienced when experts learned to do something different with how they educated others.
Robert Whitaker has provided adult continuing education experiences in the veterinary technology realm for many years. He has seen firsthand the leakage that can happen at live events, and works with other experts to be more effective.
What we do
We work with employers to get more return on their continuing education investment. To do that, we analyze your CE needs through our proven systems, connect you with in-house and off-site learning opportunities, provide measurable impact and help insure that your business gets long-term impact from investing in learning.
We also work with a wide array of provider partners to connect your employees with the best trainers we can find.
Who we work with
If you are certain that you’ve seen little to no benefit from your continuing education efforts in the past 12 months but you’re still required to send your people for a certain number of CE hours per year, it’s time to give us a call.
If you’re a continuing education provider, and you aren’t getting the sparkling evaluations you’re used to – we want to work with you to help you create a truly meaningful takeaway for each of your learners – so they can implement what they learned from you and grow as employees.
What our clients get
Our clients get a proven system of impact.
If you’re an employer looking to stop your training dollars from flying out the window in Vegas (or wherever else your annual CE conference is), you’ll absolutely know where your training dollars are yielding impact in your business.
If you’re a continuing education provider looking to increase your impact, you’ll get a 2.0 version of your course, curriculum or workshop that will have your learners coming back for more.
